Summer Rec Staff - Timber Challenge - $300 Sign on

Are you looking to do more with your summer than just work? Summer camp is packed to the brim with activities at all heights from 20'-50' high. Take the leap and facilitate high ropes courses, rock climbing, ziplining, and more! Join an incredible camp community and experience the beauty of 600 acres of camp from the ground and sky! Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old
Experience working with children in 2nd-12th grades preferred
Is able to physically traverse the multi-terrain campground in all seasons of the year; able to be on one’s feet for long periods of time
Benefits:

Weekly stipend beginning at $275 per week with room and board included
Hourly commuting options available without room and board
$300 sign-on bonus for summer staff 2023, 1/2 ($150) paid up front of the employee’s first paycheck and 1/2 ($150) paid at the end of the employee’s agreed upon end date. This requires a 4 week minimum employment agreement for the summer staff. Ideally we are looking for a 10 week commitment, 2 weeks of training (mandatory) and 8 weeks of camp. (To receive the $300 bonus one would need to fulfill the 2 weeks of training and at least 4 weeks of camp)
