Camp Counselor

LifeChange Camp Counselor
Starts May 26- June 15. Potential for an additional 3 paid weeks (inquire via email)
Qualifications: Must be 17 or older
Must be a born again believer in Jesus Christ
Must have an active relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Must have a desire to serve youth and families for the glory of God.
Must desire to be challenged and grow in your faith.
Desire to build into the lives of the next generation.

Pay starts at $200 first week and grows $50 per week there after.
Responsibilities:
Care for a cabin group of campers.
Be supportive of the program and teaching at LifeChange.
Have a positive attitude and desire to have fun in serving others.
Ensure your cabin group is on time to activities and follow camp guidelines, policies and schedule.
Provide biblical guidance to your campers
Willing to acknowledge when you don't know and willing to ask for help.
Share Christ’s love with your campers and co workers
Skills and knowledge:
Participating in or leading recreational activities, singing, prayer, devotional leading, hygiene, safety minded, fun loving…
Counselors set up and facilitate various activities like, waterfront safety, archery tag, low ropes, food service, archery, crafts, canoeing, air rifles, cleaning, games and more....
Counselors lead by example and not only campers, but also our teen volunteers and Life Support staff. It’s a lot of responsibility, but has eternal life long rewards.
If you desire to grow in your faith and help others to do the same and enjoy outdoors then this may be your job.
2024 schedule is May 26 through June 21.
If your lifeguard certified and willing to do waterfront on our pool get a $100 per week bonus.
