General Manager

General Description:
Warm Beach Camp Ministries seeks to reach 1M people for Christ over the next five years through partnerships and programs that transform lives and communities. Warm Beach Camp and Conference Center has an immediate opening for a General Manager. The purpose of this position is to facilitate Christ-centered hospitality and programming by providing leadership and management to the teams at Warm Beach Camp. This position leads in fostering healthy teamwork, planning and core systems for smooth and efficient operations. A successful candidate will have a maturing relationship with Christ and demonstrated effectiveness in leading wide ranging Christian Camping or other comparable non-profit or church enterprises.

General Qualifications:
Beyond the general qualifications for being on WBCM staff, this position requires high standards of competency in hospitality that provides superb guest experience and an ability to support both operational and program managers bringing out the best in people in route to accomplishing the mission.   

Specifics:
Position will begin as soon as possible. This is a year-round, full-time position. Pay range will be $73,000-$82,000 DOE. On campus housing is available and moving expenses paid through a forgivable moving loan.
