Redwood Glen is seeking a team to fill 2 out of 3 openings currently available:
• Shift Cook (estimated total compensation package = $76,000)
• Guest Services Coordinator (estimated total compensation package = $84,000)
• Maintenance Associate (estimated total compensation package = $81,000)
As a team, the expected total compensation package for the household is estimated to be approximately $125,000. All positions are full-time with housing available. Other benefits include medical, meals, generous paid time off policies, and retirement (after successful completion of 90 days probationary period, employer retirement contributions commencing later).

The Shift Cook working under the direction of the Food Service Manager would be entrusted with the timely preparation of meals for groups of 20 to 120 and at times for groups as large as 200. The Shift Cook would take the lead during their scheduled shift overseeing other kitchen staff working in the front house and kitchen areas for meal prep, service, and clean up. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in food service at a camp or similar type facility, a team-player, and hold a current food handlers' certificate.
