Guest Services Coordinator

Redwood Glen is seeking a team to fill 2 out of 3 openings currently available:
• Guest Services Coordinator (estimated total compensation package = $84,000)
• Maintenance Associate (estimated total compensation package = $81,000)
• Shift Cook (estimated total compensation package = $76,000)
As a team, the expected total compensation package for the household is estimated to be approximately $125,000. The Maintenance Associate position may have an advancement opportunity in the coming year for the right candidate. All positions are full-time with housing available. Other benefits include medical, meals, generous paid time off policies, and retirement (after successful completion of 90 days probationary period, employer retirement contributions commencing later).

The Guest Services Coordinator facilitates the entire process of hosting approximately 150 guest groups a year at Redwood Glen; including initial inquiry communications, contracts, managing reservation systems, being an onsite contact, invoicing, and coordinating with other departments to serve the groups’ needs. The successful candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, an effective communicator, organized and detail-oriented, and have at least two years’ experience in a guest services role. Fluent in Spanish is not required but is preferred.
