Director of OperationsLive and work on the beach in a private marine preserve on Catalina Island. As our Director of Operations, you will play a critical leadership role in continuing our 70/+ year legacy of transforming hearts for God’s glory here at Campus by the Sea. We need a hard-working, hands-on leader passionate about furthering God’s kingdom and skilled in overseeing camp or comparable facilities, as well as directing, teaching, and motivating staff. This individual will oversee maintenance and building projects while providing hands-on direction to all maintenance and systems staff, contractors, and volunteers. Working closely with the camp director, the Director of Operations will ensure safe operating systems for transportation, water, sewer, and electricity. Onsite housing. Time: Full-Time Year Round |

Most of our employees live in shared housing separated by gender, with occasional opportunities for couple's housing. PLEASE NOTE: On some occasions only shared housing is available for a specific gender. As part of our commitment to living together here at CBS, we participate in regular activities together that are outside of normal work responsibilities.
