For this position we are looking to hire someone that has strong customer sevice skills, well organized, and shows attention to detail.

Job Overview: The Guest Logistics position is responsible for managing the group retreat calendar at Forest Glen Camps and Retreats. This position is typically the first point of contact a group member has with Forest Glen and as such they must maintain a positive customer experience. This position is a part of the Programs team and works directly with other members of the team to create a positive retreat reflective of Forest Glen’s mission.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Responds to all group retreat inquiries
Answers all incoming phone calls
Keeps in contact with all groups that are registered and all inquiries
Maintains and updates group data on CampBrain
Generates reports using data gathered from retreats

Time:  Full-Time Year Round
Salary:  Paid
