IT Operations EngineerPine Cove is seeking a servant-minded IT Operations Engineer with a passion for both technology and ministry. The IT Operations Team is responsible for all day-to-day technology, network, and software needs of the organization and strives to provide excellent service to all users so that front-line ministry can take place without disruption. This is a hands-on technical role requiring a capable thinker and problem-solver, but will also require solid people skills in the form of project management, vendor management, and providing technical support to users. The role is cross-functional and will be expected to gain competency in various areas including but not limited to: enterprise software platforms, network management, workstation, server and device management, cloud services, databases, and phone systems. The role will be based at our headquarters in Tyler, TX but will require occasional travel to our camp locations in Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina. Time: Full-Time Year Round |
