Program Experiences Lead

Heartland’s Program Experience Lead is responsible for facilitating programming for groups in a leadership role, which includes but are not limited to; leading and training program staff, developing and maintaining Heartland’s programs, and stewarding resources to achieve the goals God has set for this ministry, to bring glory to Him.

Position responsibilities include:
- Train and mentor staff members in class presentation, program facilitation and any other responsibilities.
- Work with leadership to ensure that staff are performing their responsibilities effectively.
- Assist in the development and implementation of classes and the training of staff on content.
- Plan and prioritize project lists in order to meet the needs of the program.
- Facilitate outdoor education classes and retreat programming, including: science-based classes, coordinating meal times, archery, zip line, high ropes, team-building, and more.
- Oversee care of the animals in the Nature Center

Qualifications:
- Devoted follower of Jesus Christ with lifestyle consistent with Ohio Ministry Network values and Heartland mission
- Servant leader who leads by example
- Strong administrative, teamwork, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, organized, flexible, enthusiastic

Time:  Full-Time Year Round
