Why work at Highland Lakes Camp & Conference Center:

The Ministry Team culture at HLCCC is unity of the body. One member, or groups of members are not more important than the other. We all work together to carry out our calling to serve churches and our community. You can find a home with us! The Summer Missionaries [summer staff] bring to our community fresh new ideas in worship, business, recreation, and challenge us in many more areas of ministry. These university students become the heart beat of our summer program. HLCC gives them responsibilities and room to grow in many life skills. Theses students are engulfed in Bible study and worship all summer. The summer is full of making life long friends and you will experience "Your Best Summer Ever".
