Assistant Horsemanship Director

General Description: This position assists the Horsemanship Director in all aspects of managing the horsemanship programs of Warm Beach Christian Camp & Conference Center (WBC). This position will serve as onsite supervisor when the Horsemanship
Director is not present. Assist with the support and administration of the PATH, CHA, and Pony Club administration and help with program and event planning as well as herd management, marketing and community relations.

General Qualifications: Beyond the general qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp Ministries staff, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, experience with horse care and training, experience and ability to supervise, coach and mentor young adults and love for Christ and using horses as a platform to impact others for Christ.

Specifics: This position will begin as soon as filled. Pay range will be $39,000-$43,500 DOE. This is a year-round, full-time, hourly position. On campus housing may be available for single or couple.
