Assistant Program Director
Camp Alexander Mack, a year-round Christian camp and conference center located in Milford, IN seeks a committed and enthusiastic individual who can partner with our Program Director in all aspects of summer camp, outdoor education, and retreat programming. The APD will assist the PD in providing robust well-rounded program throughout the year with primary responsibilities in outdoor education, high and low ropes management, summer camp, and waterfront supervision. They will work with volunteers and other staff, as a Christian community, providing a variety of experiences for guests and campers. Camp Mack has many long-term relationships with guests who prize the beautiful lake views, wilderness areas, and traditions built over nearly 100 years of service. Candidates must have a heart for service and a desire to meet the camp mission of connecting people with God. Bachelor degree is a plus but not required in lieu of experience.
