Assistant Facility Director

Camp Alexander Mack, a year-round Christian camp and conference center located in Milford, IN seeks a committed and enthusiastic individual who can partner with our Facility Director in all aspects of facility management. Experience is valued, but not necessary for the candidate who is able to work with their hands and learn quickly. The AFD will be responsible for special projects, IT hardware, camp safety, and monthly preventive maintenance. They will join a Christian community of professionals who create sanctuary experiences for guests seeking a place to refresh and connect with God. Camp Mack has many long-term relationships with guests who prize the beautiful lake views, wilderness areas, and traditions built over nearly 100 years of service. Candidates must have a heart for service and an ability to see the effect of good facility maintenance on our mission. Benefits include limited medical reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays, partial food service, professional growth, pension, and opportunities for advancement. The interests and skills of the AFD will be part of the evolving partnership of the Facility staff. Housing may be available as part of a salary/benefit package.
