Head Chef

General Description: This position will build a strong team in the kitchen to produce outstanding meals for guests/campers. This position directs the kitchen operations and culinary experience for optimal guest satisfaction, employee training and morale, safety, and efficiency. A main aspect of this position will be the opportunity to build and mentor a team of food service staff to contribute towards authentic relationships, biblical truth and outdoor adventures. Opportunities for professional development is also available.

General Qualifications: Beyond the general qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp Ministries staff, we are looking for a person who has experience managing a kitchen operation and supervising a crew, enjoys providing high quality meals and proficiency in culinary quality and has a love for Jesus Christ and desire to make Him known.

Specifics: This position will begin as soon as possible. This is a year-round, full-time position. Pay range will be $45,000-$60,000 DOE. Hiring bonus of $3,000 payable after satisfactory completion of first 90 days. On campus housing available.
