Lifeguard

As a member of the Outdoor Ministries and Recreation team, the Lifeguard will serve in the aquatics program in the pool and canoes providing a safe and fun experience for individuals and groups through the spring and summer season at Warm Beach Camp. Prior certification and training for all lifeguard standards are required or the ability to obtain before the start of the season.

Beyond the general qualifications for being on WBC staff, we are looking for lifeguards who are proficient, have a high focus on safety while desiring to see individuals have fun and grow in their experience of outdoor adventures. Primary duties will be lifeguarding at the pool while also assisting with canoe sessions in puget sound as needed and possibly some other recreation duties such as preparing fields for sport activities, assist in archery tag or other activities as needed.
Position will begin as soon as possible and continue through the summer.
