Youth Ministries DirectorThrough strong and creative leadership, enthusiastic promotion, and passionate engagement with guests and staff, the Youth Ministries Director (YMD) shall be Camp Lebanon’s chief program architect of dynamic, life-changing year-round youth ministries that shall (1) reach and teach young people (grades K-12) in the truth of Christ; (2) disciple youth leaders to serve the Kingdom; (3) impact local church youth programming to the glory of God; and (4) contribute to the success and fruitfulness of all of Camp’s guest ministries including family, adults, and rentals.
