Facilities Project Manager

Independent high-end Christian camp located in Northwest Arkansas is seeking detailed orientated Christian couple to be hands-on in operating and managing camp maintenance and facilities areas.

Strong time-management skills, a high level of organization and a meticulous eye for detail are essential qualities to meet the needs of our guests and to work with the staff.

The person will work directly with the Executive Director and other full-time staff in the planning, coordinating and implementation of the camp operation and maintenance.

Facilities Project Managers duties will include contributing to various landscape, carpentry, electrical and plumbing projects. Applicant must have knowledge to operate and maintain HVAC, Sewer, and Water Well Systems. Must also have knowledge of operating generators and have some expertise in minor vehicle repairs.

The candidate(s) must be willing to serve along side of other staff often doing jobs outside the scope of their position understanding that guest service is our number one priority.

The couple must model servant leadership in a Christ centered hospitable setting. Daily Devotional time and attending weekly staff meetings are required.

The ideal candidate(s) will have an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ that permeates all aspects of their family life and work life, a strong desire to serve others, a willing attitude to do what it takes, and to be a team player. A basic understanding of the ministry of Christian camping and camp programming is helpful.

Salary with on-site housing, utilities, on-site transportation and meals (when available) are included.
