Challenge Course and Adventure Activities Manager

General Description: The Challenge Course and Adventure Activities Manager provides, with mitigated risk, Challenge Course, recreation activity space, trails and equipment to our guests. This position will serve as lead facilitator, supervisor, program staff as needed and a vital member of the Outdoor Ministries team who help tangibly live out our mission to provide Christ-centered environments, experiences and resources to draw people to God through camping ministries. Challenge Course, adventure and outdoor activities is a means to make this happen and lives enriched.

General Qualifications: Beyond the general qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp Ministries staff, we are looking for a person who has a current ACCT Level 2 Challenge Course certificate or Course Manager certificate. The person in this position will oversee all campus recreational spaces and equipment so we are looking for someone with attention to detail, high priority on safety and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at one time. Ability to manage and oversee all required inspections and certifications. As a manager, this person will also schedule and manage staffing and help with recreational requests and needs.

Specifics: Position will begin as soon as filled. This is a year-round, full-time, hourly position. Pay range will be $40,000-$45,000 depending on certifications and experience. On campus housing may be available for single or couple and moving expenses may be reimbursed.
