The Head Cook is part of the team who assist the Food Service Coordinator in the operation of the kitchen and dining hall. The Head Cook will work with the Food Service Coordinator to help supervise kitchen cooks. Responsibilities will rotate from kitchen to dining hall to dish room depending on the group and the food service need. The Kitchen cook provides assistance in preparing and serving food, setting up/cleaning the dining hall, inventory, and dishes. During the summer months, the kitchen cook will switch to a salaried head cook position.
