Food Serving Manager/Head CookSeeking full-time food service manager/head cook to lead our kitchen team in food planning and preparation. Work with program staff and retreat director to design menus for program events and guest groups. During most of the summer we have are a 7 day a week operation for food services. Throughout the rest of the year, we had program and guest group events mostly on a weekend basis. During the non-summer months, other duties will include management of our gift shop along with hosting responsibilities. Other duties regarding food service operation is to oversee kitchen volunteers and staff along with maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining facilities. A ServSafe Manager certification is a must. Time: Full-Time Year Round |
