Waterfront Director

Plan, organize, and supervise all summer camp waterfront activities & staff. Requires current First Aid, Lifeguarding, and CPR certifications. This person needs to have strong leadership skills, excellent sense of judgment, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with campers, guest groups, and other staff. Must have the ability to keep waterfront staff accountable and maintain positive camp environment. Would be in charge of scheduling and training lifeguards throughout our summer season. Water Safety Instructor (WSI) and Boat Driving Certification recommended. Previous experience as a lifeguard and waterfront leadership desired.

Salary - DOE+/week (up to $400/week) plus Room & Board Dates: June 13th – Sept. 2rd (ending date negotiable)
