Summer Lifeguard

Bair Lake Bible Camp is a year-round Christian camp in southwest Michigan, known for having a strong focus on meaningful relationships and dedicated service, all for the purpose of making known the name of Jesus Christ!

BLBC Lifeguards are responsible for overseeing all waterfront activities, including: pool, lakefront, and boating. Must be lifeguard certified -- Red Cross training is available at BLBC, but previous certification is preferred.

Each summer we hire a team of college-aged students to help us create life-changing experiences for our campers. Positions are paid, include housing and meals, and provide priceless experience, meaningful discipleship, and lifelong friendships. BLBC Summer Staffers may have a primary and secondary role, which they will alternate between throughout the summer. An applicant may apply for both this role and another position.
