Summer Maintenance Leader

Bair Lake Bible Camp is a year-round Christian camp in southwest Michigan, known for having a strong focus on meaningful relationships and dedicated service, all for the purpose of making known the name of Jesus Christ!

Each summer we hire a team of college-aged students to help us create life-changing experiences for our campers. Positions are paid, include housing and meals, and provide priceless experience, meaningful discipleship, and lifelong friendships.

The Maintenance Leader is responsible for supervising and mentoring the Junior Staff (high school students) on the maintenance crew. The maintenance crew provides services that keep camp running, such as grounds-keeping and building/vehicle maintenance.

BLBC Summer Staffers may have a primary and secondary role, which they will alternate between throughout the summer. An applicant may apply for both this role and another position.
