Summer Cabin Leader / Counselor

A Cabin Leader at BLBC is responsible for the direction and guidance of 10-12 campers each week. Cabin Leaders will use every opportunity to interact with campers on spiritual topics through Bible study, fellowship time, one-on-one discussions, and daily living situations. Cabin Leaders will display the love of Christ and provide a positive example for campers through their actions, choices, and words.

Each summer we hire a team of college-aged students to help us create life-changing experiences for our campers. Positions are paid, include housing and meals, and provide priceless experience, meaningful discipleship, and lifelong friendships. BLBC Summer Staffers may have a primary and secondary role, which they will alternate between throughout the summer. An applicant may apply for both the Cabin Leader role and another position.
