A 21 years of age
B Water Safety InstructorD Preferably a Lifeguard
C Understand Rank and Achievement Program
D Be able to lead and counsel counselors and leaders in training
E Safety conscious
II Responsible to the Camp Director
III Responsible for
A Lifeguards
B Swimming instructors
C Skiing instructor
D Boat Operator
E Helpers
IV Responsibilities
A Responsible for safety of all people at waterfront
1 Be sure all rules are posted, read and enforced
2 Be sure waterfront and equipment are in excellent repair
3 Ensure that there are enough lifeguards and helpers to ensure a 1 to 25 ratio of guards to campers and a 1 to 10 ratio of staff to campers
B Implement Achievement program
1 Encourage all campers to learn the verse and do at least one swim level
2 Keep records and turn into office by Friday
3 Keep records and give any campers completing a Red cross level their certificate
C Evaluate

Salary:  Paid - Must Raise Partial Support
