Why work at Monadnock Christian Ministries:

Monadnock Christian Ministries was founded in 1965 with one purpose: reach the youth of New England with the hope of the Gospel through camps and retreats. Today, we are still carrying out that purpose plus so much more. Today, we are coming alongside hundreds of churches, thousands of families and youth as well as our community to share with them the hope and love we have found in Jesus through different programming and opportunities such as Encounter, our teen winter camps and Ascend our summer camping programs. We also provide retreats for men, women and couples as well as reach singles and college and career adults. We also provide a values based after school program called Launch Point to our community reaching the most neediest. Our mission is to inspire and equip the local church, community, and families to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through biblical teaching and excellent programming and service. Some of the best reasons to work at Monadnock are: - grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ. - work alongside others who share similar passions and callings - learn how to do ministry in a very post-Christian region of the US - build a resume targeting: leadership, teamwork, relationship building, problem solving, mentoring, critical thinking, creativity and so much more. - and of course...have fun and adventure. - Learn how to effectively lead others through servant leadership.
