Assistant Leadership & Trips Director

This position is for Camp Chief Ouray, the resident camp of YMCA of the Rockies. The camp is located on the grounds of Snow Mountain Ranch.

The Assistant Leadership & Trips Director is responsible for coordinating support staff, scheduling, support and leadership of LTP staff and programs. Coordinate trip preparation including gear check-out and food packing. Assist with group travel to and from trailheads. Responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and evaluating camp program areas and staff. Responsible for organizing and caring for all program supplies and tracking program numbers.

Must have previous camp experience and be at least 21 years old, a clean driving record, and 2 years camp experience.

Dates Needed: May 14 - August 11, 2020
Pay: $300 - $310/week
