We believe that Michindoh is a special place and we are always eager to create an environment of laughs and good times as we enjoy the best of what summer has to offer. Of course, we can't do this on our own but we need skilled individuals who work on the front lines of our summer programming to help us make Michindoh Summer camp the best that it can be. But more than just a good time, we promise you so much more. Working at a Summer camp is a life changing experience that builds important life skills that lead to advantages in other future employment. The skills you gain here will develop your character, widen your perspective and build into you a practical problem management philosophy that is beneficial for all areas of your life. Most importantly, Michindoh Summer Camp is a place where we get to grow in our relationship with God as we also work to faithfully serve Him in His mission.
