Vice President of Facility Operations

Camp Cho-Yeh is looking for a Vice President of Facility Operations to be a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The VP of Facility Operations is responsible for the oversight and management of the Facilities, Grounds, Housekeeping, and Construction departments. This includes the planning, coordinating, development, maintenance, and repair for each of the departments in a way that is consistent with the mission, vision and core values of Camp Cho-Yeh. This role provides an individual with a strong track record of strategic planning, operational execution, construction, and engineering with the opportunity to creatively structure operations and problem solve in a high-growth, mission-driven, not-for-profit organization that adopts the highest standards in every category of camping operations.
