Assistant Director

Maranatha Camp and Conference Center located on Lake Guntersville in Scottsboro Alabama is looking for a top performer who is called to full-time camp ministry. Located an hour between Huntsville Alabama and Chattanooga Tennessee we are a dream location for a wide range of outdoor pursuits.

Responsibilities for Assistant Director include:

-Under-gird and Support Executive Director

-Help with year-round program development

-Develop and Disciple Staff

- Interact effectively with Guests, Donors, and Board Members

Minimal Qualifications for Assistant Director Include:

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent Work experience

-Gifted/Proven Leader

-Superior Communication Skills

-Superior Problem Solving Skills

-Actively Growing in their Christian Faith

-Responsible

-Self-Starting

-Called to Full-Time Camping Ministry

Preferred Qualifications:

-Outdoor Prowess across many disciplines

-Experienced in Discipleship

-Servant-hearted

-Camp Programming Background

-Teachable
