Horsemanship Instructor

Make an impact in the lives of young people by sharing your faith in Jesus and building deep, meaningful relationships! God has worked in and through the staff at camp to make a difference for eternity and you could be a part of that!

We are looking for college-age adults and a few exceptional high school students to commit to living and serving at camp for ten weeks during the summer. Because of the nature of our Christian camp program, applicants must love the Lord and have a desire to serve Him at camp. Marmon Valley Ministries employs without regard to age, race, color, sex, disability, nationality, parental status, or veteran status.

The first two weeks of the summer are designed to prepare staff to confidently handle the responsibilities of their job. Training includes a horsemanship clinic the first week and an overview of camp policies and procedures during the second week. Horse is helpful, but not necessary to serve.

Horsemanship Instructors will prepare and teach riding lessons to students of varying riding abilities and lead trail rides through the woods.
