Elementary Program Coord/Recruiting Specialist

SpringHill is looking for an Elementary School Program Coordinator/Recruiting Specialist to recruit, hire, equip, lead and be relationally focused with a team of Summer Leaders while creating incredible experiences for elementary school age campers.

What does an Elementary Program Coordinator/Recruiting Specialist do?

An Elementary Program Coordinator/Recruiting Specialist has the ability to listen, communicate and relate to others on a professional level. As a recruiter they are responsible for attracting candidates for jobs at SpringHill and matching them to a summer leader position. This primarily happens through building relationships with colleges and universities through job fairs, Christian ministries on campus along with other creative ways of connecting to college students.

An Elementary Program Coordinator/Recruiting Specialist will take on the role of a camp director in the summer. They will equip, inspire and encourage summer leaders as they keep elementary campers safe, share the gospel and execute excellent programming.
