High School Experience Director

SpringHill is looking for a High School Experience Director to design, deliver and implement an outstanding experience to all high school students, parents and guests who visit the camp property and participate in summer camp, fall retreats and family camps.

What does a High School Experience Director do?

A High School Experience Director has the knowledge and an understanding of what it takes to create life-impacting experiences for children ages 15-18 and should be able to equip and inspire a team of summer leaders to execute camp in a way that impacts children. A High School Experience Director will help train and lead the High School Program Coordinator in understating of age-appropriate content while working for the Summer Experience Director to produce excellent camp programming and summer leader experience.

A High School Experience Director should also have a strong understanding of networking with other like-minded partners to build camper numbers, scholarship partners and summer leaders. As an expert in high school-age young people, a High School Experience Director should help SpringHill be at the cutting edge of experiences for 15-18-year-olds.
