Scope of Position:
The Salvation Army is seeking a Camp Director: The Camp Director acts as the principle representative of The Salvation Army in managing and directing the operations of High Peak Camp. The Camp Director will conduct himself/herself at all times in a manner consistent with the mission of The Salvation Army. To the best of his/her ability, he/she will seek to further The Salvation Army’s commitment to outdoor ministries. This is a full-time, exempt position.
* The chosen applicant must have a BA degree in outdoor miniseries, or a high school diploma/equivalent paired with a minimum of five years’ experience in outdoor ministries
* Microsoft Word and Excel required, Lotus Notes, Outlook, working knowledge of integrated database applications and ability to use new software programs with basic training.
* Minimally 21 years of age and in possession of a valid Colorado Driver’s License
* Able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background and MVR screen
