Director of Guest Sevices

Job Summary

Coordinates, supervises the execution of outside rental groups at Camp Heart O’ Hills Camp and Conference Center; maintains an up-to-date calendar to eliminate schedule conflicts; meets with rental groups interested in using the facilities; conducts tours and explains rules and fees; ensures all staff is aware of bookings and event needs; serves as host to outside rental groups.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, and five years progressively responsible experience coordinating public relations, and special events including experience in the management of similar operations for which this position is responsible, or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.


Valid OK Driver’s License.
