To provide assistance in the reservations process at Forest Home.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the reservations process for program and guest groups including but not limited to: participation in all tele-center activities, processing requests, confirmations, and payments; create check-in packets, and church rosters, communication with church leadership and data entry into our reservations software.
Conducts on-site check-in on Sundays for group and individual registrants.
Exhibits an attitude of graciousness and helpfulness to guests and staff of Forest Home.
Works under the guidance of the Director of Reservations and Reservations Associate who oversees the registration.
Actively supports and participates in staff spiritual life activities, including Staff Meeting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have some office experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and requires sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate office machines. Requires mild physical work; some lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects over 20 pounds. Requires visual acuity to read words and numbers and speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person or over the phone.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud at times.
