The mission of Lakeside Bible Camp, in partnership with its member churches, is to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ by providing a camping/conference center experience where the gospel of Jesus Christ is proclaimed and believers are prepared to serve God and people.
Job Description Duties and Desired Qualifications:
Responsible for oversight of full-time and part time staff, including direction, goal setting, and determining staffing needs; oversight of day to day operations; developing and maintaining strong financial practices as well as oversight of LBC communications. Collaborate with the President, Administrative Team and LBC Board of Directors.
Demonstrated large fund development experience. Strong organizational skills, business acumen, analytical skills, spiritual maturity. Demonstrated experience in program and staff management as well as board relations. Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, strong presentation skills and computer literate. Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5 or more years of experience in a managerial or ministry leadership role (experience in lieu of education accepted).
Min Education: Bachelor’s degree
Min Experience: 5 years of previous camp and/or executive leadership experience
Travel: 10% Puget Sound Region
Time: Full-Time Year Round
