Facilities Manager

General Qualifications:
Facilities Manager must be familiar with about 90% of construction trades. Plumbing, electrical, and minor repair are essential. This person must have past construction experience that is relevant to this job The Facilities Manager needs to work well with subcontractors and inspectors. This job requires leadership abilities to run a small team of maintenance and custodial workers. This person must love children, have a positive attitude, and must regularly attend church and agree to our doctrinal statement. The Facilities Manager needs to be a faithful Christian who professes Christ and lives out the Word. Must be willing to take classes in leadership and other related subjects.
Housing is provided, including all utilities. Please inquire for more information regarding salary and benefits.
