Silver Spur seeks a full-time year-round Kitchen Manager/Chef to continue its history of providing top quality cuisine to campers of all ages. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in menu development, ordering, food preparation and food delivery. Two years as a kitchen manager preferred. This is a hands-on manager position with the incumbent personally preparing meals, training and leading staff, assisting with maintaining facility cleanliness and overseeing volunteers assigned to Dining Room activities.
