Why work at Joy of Living Camp:

ABOUT JOY OF LIVING CAMP Nestled in along the banks of the Mohican River in the heart of central Ohio’s Amish country, Joy of Living Camp has been providing an exceptional Christian summer camp experience for at-risk and disadvantaged children and youth for more than 25 years. Campers play, learn, and grow while participating in traditional camp activities - archery, river canoeing and tubing, and horsemanship – to name just a few! In a warm and fun atmosphere, staff focus on loving campers to Christ and helping them to develop a dynamic relationship with Him. Praise and worship singing, campfires, fun camp traditions, off-the-wall silly songs, games, and activities all enhance the experiences of making new friends and enjoying Christian fellowship. The heart of Joy of Living Camp is Jesus Christ, and His praise is incorporated into every area of the camping program. Here campers are introduced to Jesus and are offered an opportunity to discover hope, mature and grow in faith, and make friends and memories that will positively impact their lives and last a lifetime!
