Paid Facility/Maintenance Internship

Camp Westminster’s internship program is designed to expose young adults to the many facets of Christian camping ministry, while encouraging them in their walk with Christ through mentoring and discipleship. The internship covers 12-15 months. The start date will correspond to our summer or retreat season programs, depending on applicant availability and camp needs. Participants will serve in all departments that exist at Camp Westminster in order to gain an understanding of the full camp ministry experience.

This internship will focus on Facilities/Maintenance; primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting Director of Operations with maintaining the buildings and grounds.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all camp equipment.
• Prepare and clean facilities for retreat group arrivals.
• Help plan and implement projects.
• Manage work crew during the summer.
