High-energy inside sales professional who wants to be part of a creative, energized team and who will possess exceptional communication skills over the telephone as well as through Email and on-line Chat, strong computer and technology skills, and has an active growing walk with Christ. Frontline sales position helping Glorieta Camps achieve our goals and maximize our customer reach and engagement. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and disciplined; possess effective sales, customer service, organizational and communication skills. This position also demonstrates an ability to consistently develop rapport & gain trust over various channels of communication. Located on 2400 acres in the Southern Rockies, 15 miles southeast of Santa Fe, NM, Glorieta Camps is a Christian adventure camp that serves roughly 30,000 guests annually, with 90-95% of these guests in the summer months, (June, July, August). The property is made up of over 200 buildings, including 65 residences. The property includes its own wastewater plant, electric infrastructure, and over 5 miles of paved roads

The makeup of our community determines a large part of what it is like to live and work here. We have about 120 people who live on-site year-round, comprised of full-time staff and families and interns. Glorieta is a beautiful place with many natural resources but calls for somewhat adventurous living.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures during employment.
Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Maintain ongoing, personal contact with our customers while displaying outstanding Customer Service skills and teamwork.
Demonstrate current, accurate and comprehensive knowledge of Glorieta Camps property and programs.
Work closely with the outside sales team to meet individual and team sales goals
Two years of sales experience, preferably including internet sales
Demonstrated sales success.
Exceptional writing, and telephone communication skills; strong computer skills, including social media and chat; internet and email proficiency.
Strong organizational, planning and self-management skills.
Ability to prioritize time well, manage several projects at once and working under deadlines.
Capable of working in an unstructured environment, while successfully completing projects with minimal supervision. Generate registrations for all of Glorieta Camps programs by helping potential customers determine which program is right for them as well as the dates that best suits their needs.
Respond promptly and professionally to all email, chat, phone and other inquiries received from customers.
Follow-up to create engagement, set appointments and complete other activities that result in their visiting our website or other touch points
Periodic travel could be required.
Proven ability to consistently and properly follow up with customer leads.
Must establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, managers and external constituents, including demonstrating consistent Trust Sales behaviors
Possess current driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles as needed.
Weekends: Will be required to work some weekends.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 40lbs), sit, hike short distances, stand for long periods of time, bend, and squat. Must be able to perform any of the above work duties for an extended period of time and/or repetitively without assistance.

Work Environment: Most work will be done indoors with some outdoor events.

Training: All employees will be given opportunity for improvement through appropriate training. Glorieta Camps will provide world-class sales training and continuous on the job training for all members of our sales team. This will include ongoing coaching and training workshops as a regular part of this position.

Compensation: Full-time, salaried position including housing and benefits. Our staff live on the campgrounds in houses or shared apartments with other staff members and are gender specific. We have some limited housing available for married couples.

Preferred Minimum Commitment: 24 months
