Executive Director

A Southern California Conference Center with 300+ capacity has an open position for a qualified on-site Executive Director who meets the following requirements:
• Possess strong leadership skills
• Possess strong organizational and operational skills
• Has a minimum of five years management experience supervising 25+ employees
• Experience in managing a $2+m annual budget
• Four year Bachelor’s degree
• Christian camp management experience preferred but not mandatory
• Successful experience teaming with Board of Directors/Trustees
• Ability to carry out fund raising initiatives and grant request preparation
