Guest Relations Interns


PURPOSE: To further the mission of Sumatanga by building relationships with guests and visitors and by creating innovative, relevant, and engaging ministry opportunities.

*Assist in creating attractive marketing materials for use with recruiting new
guest groups.
*Assist with internet presence--website and social media
*Assist in productions of monthly e-newsletter
*Regular contact with retreat groups before, during, and after their reservation.
*Regular communication with other staff during preparations for guests.
*Assist leadership staff in development and implementation of new programs,
which may include: family events, fundraisers, outdoor adventure trips, mission
trips, etc.

Applicants should have a strong statement of faith and a Christ-like character. Individuals must be self-motivated and enjoy working both individually and as part of a community. Successful candidates will possess a willingness to adjust work hours and duties based on the needs of the ministry.

There are multiple internships available. All internships pay a weekly stipend, and provide lodging, food, and utilities.
