Maintenance & Facilities Includes Housing!

Diamond Arrow is now accepting applications for the position of maintenance and facilities. This position includes assisting the Director with the oversight of all operations involving maintenance and repair of all buildings and systems. Come join the Diamond Arrow team and assist us in providing a premiere camping and conference experience for Christian groups of all ages!

Expectations:
The maintenance coordinator's job is to make sure all facilities and grounds are in the best possible condition for guest groups. Basic duties include, but are not limited to, grounds keeping, basic construction and repair/renovation of new and existing buildings, painting, plumbing, electrical, concrete, sheet rock, vehicle and equipment maintenance, ropes course operation, and water and sewer system upkeep.

The person in this position should expect to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
Must have general knowledge of all things construction, maintenance, and grounds keeping. Must be able to lead and encourage a team, be self-motivated, efficient, and be able to work well individually and as a team member. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in cool, warm, and hot conditions. Must be 21 years of age.

Compensation:
Diamond Arrow's compensation package includes a base salary of $35,000 per year, lodging (including phone, trash, and utilities), a health insurance contribution, and some meals.
