Program & Marketing Coordinator

To advance the purpose of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and the Camp, this position will coordinate programs, communications and development that accelerate the ministry of InterVarsity.


-Provide coordination in Programs to ensure speakers/teachers, program directors (PD’s) and summer staff fulfill responsibilities
-Oversee Family Camp children’s curriculum development in conjunction with PD’s and speakers/teachers
-Serve as the Marketing Coordinator and oversee the development, mailing and emailing of camp publications
-Create a 12-month marketing calendar and execute a corresponding plan
-Assist with the development and maintenance of Camp website
-Provide administrative assistance to the Camp Director
-Raise financial support (amount to be determined)

-Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith
-Commitment to Camp’s mission and purpose
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-Minimum of two years camp experience
-Flexibility to work irregular and extended hours as required
-Working knowledge of Microsoft computer applications

Time:  Part-Time Year Round
Salary:  Paid - Must Raise Partial Support
