Camp Couple (Two jobs, one house)

Camp Indianola has an immediate opening for a couple called to camping ministry together. We are a small team missing a few key roles and we're looking for utility players to help us carry it forward from here.

We're really open to talking about what the job descriptions would be and what balance would happen to make it a good fit. We've had a few unexpected departures, plus one that we were flexing to fill for the summer, so the right couple would be ready to divide and share most or all of:
-Facilities and grounds (average 20hr/wk depending on season)
-Guest Services, Reservations, and Registration (Average 20hr/wk)
-Food Service Lead (planning all meals, shopping, and cooking about half of the meals. 20-40 hours/wk depending on the season)
-Activities coordinating (<5hr/wk. currently done by Program Director, but may be flexible in exchange for some guest services duties. Includes kayaking, swimming, high ropes, low ropes, archery, and archery tag)
-Shared hosting responsibility with the Camp Director and Program Director (1-2 weekend/month and occasional mid-weeks hosting)

So there it is. This is a weird posting, but we're open, creative, and looking for a good fit that can be a key part of our future success.

Other things you should know: We're growing! Our res-camp numbers, though small, have grown by 10% the last 2 years and 20% this year! And that doesn't include our wildly successful new day camp and LIT programs. We rebook 95% of our groups and get to build long-term relationships with them. We're in an incredible location with tons of recreation right here. And we have a small, tight community with a family and a single person also living onsite.

With views of the cascade mountains to the east, the Olympic Mountains to the west, and Mount Rainier behind the Seattle skyline to the south. We regularly kayak in pristine water that glow green at night, hike the trail through old-growth woods, and enjoy time as a camp community over dinner or our Director Darin's Seahawks Soft Pretzels.
