Horsemanship Camp Program Director

Canyonview Equestrian Center & College in Silverton, Oregon is looking for a Horsemanship Camp Program Director. This position will start September 1, 2018. This is a full-time, year-round position and includes: salary pay, housing and meals, health care and opportunity for riding and developing horsemanship skills. This person should be a self-starter, comfortable with leadership, and have the ability to implement the spiritual tone of Canyonview at the equestrian center and in the camps. Spiritual beliefs must be in agreement with our doctrinal statement. Must have an ability to lead bible studies for campers and staff. A love of God, horses, and people are more important than horsemanship level. Being CHA certified is a plus, but not required.
