Customer Service Director
The Central Customer Service Director oversees and implements the following customer service functions: answering customer questions, registering guests, check in and check out of guests, and cheerfully handling customer complaints. In addition, the Central Customer Service Director interfaces with overnight Camp Directors to optimize housing and other resources, “owns” multiple systems for the organization including CircuiTree (registration system) and the website chat system, works closely with the Marketing Director to ensure seamless communication to our customers, and advocates for our customers to the rest of the organization.
