Guest Services Manager

General Camp Service
- Have a heart to serve the Lord first and foremost and to serve campers for Christ
- Help create a Christian Environment and promote an atmosphere of service to our guests and staff with an attitude of teamwork
- Be an ambassador for Christ and a Christ like representative for the camp at all times

Guest Services Tasks
- Reports to the Director
- Contract prospective groups through leads, phone, e-mail and mail
- Write up contracts, receive and process checks, send invoices, stay in communication throughout the process of the groups stay including but not limited to initial booking, planning, hosting onsite, thank you letters and rebooking. To be responsible for all other necessary correspondence with contracted groups and leads
- Be the liaison for the camp’s guest groups, arranging dates, prices, group schedules, lodging, meals, activities and communicating all group needs to the various and appropriate camp department
- Maintain group files with schedules, financial information, remarks, needs and any other paperwork for the purpose of rebooking, areas of better service and marketing data
- Quarterly reports on Guest Group Bookings
- Any other duties assigned by the Director
